Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando seeks a hands-on and service-driven Supervisor of Pool Services. You will help oversee daily pool operations, ensure water quality and safety, and lead a team dedicated to pristine facilities and exceptional guest service.

You will support scheduling, staffing and compliance, while delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic hotel setting near Universal Orlando Resort.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage restaurant experience required.
• Proven lead or supervisor restaurant experience preferred.
• Liquor and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing with team members, leaders and guests.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation of pools, hot tubs and surrounding areas.
• Monitor water quality and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of pool decks, furniture and amenities.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with poolside requests.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and elevate when necessary.
• Promote poolside offerings and seasonal activities.
• Supervise pool attendants and lifeguards during shifts.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and reinforce safety and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping as directed by the Manager.
• Enforce pool rules and monitor guest activity for safety.
• Maintain certifications and ensure team compliance with local health regulations.
• Support emergency response protocols when needed.
