Job summary

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is seeking a hands-on Supervisor of Pool Services to ensure our pool areas are safe, clean, and inviting for every guest. You will support the Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and mentor a team dedicated to pristine facilities and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in lead or supervisor roles in high-volume hospitality, strong organizational and guest-service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage restaurant experience is required.
• 1–2 years of lead or supervisor restaurant experience preferred.
• Liquor and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of pools, hot tubs, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor water quality and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of pool decks, furniture, and amenities.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with poolside requests.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Promote poolside offerings and seasonal activities.
• Supervise pool attendants and lifeguards during shifts.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and reinforce safety and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping as directed by the Manager.
• Enforce pool rules and monitor guest activity to ensure safety.
• Maintain certifications and ensure team compliance with local health regulations.
