Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel, part of Loews Hotels & Co, seeks a Pool Services team member to help maintain a safe, welcoming pool environment in a premier South Beach resort. You will greet guests, provide amenities, and support pool retail operations with a focus on consistent guest experiences.

Two years of guest services experience and strong communication are required. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is expected; physical stamina is essential for daily duties at the pool deck.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years previous experience in guest services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and pull/push 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest safety in all pool areas and ensure adherence to pool safety standards.
• Greet guests and provide amenities and attentive service throughout their visit.
• Oversee pool hut retail and assist with merchandising.
• Open/close pool procedures and supervise pool attendants as scheduled.
