The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a background check clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of office management or accounting experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No felony convictions; must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Process payroll and tax liabilities.
• Oversee office space and break room; maintain organization.
• Prepare timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, A/R Summary) for corporate.
