Job summary

YardSpring Pools is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to own a weekly route of residential pools and maintain water chemistry and equipment. You will communicate needs to the repair team and document visits with photos and notes.

You should balance chemistry, inspect equipment, and deliver dependable, professional service daily across our Georgia routes from a company that values reliability and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Professional pool service experience.
• Strong residential water chemistry knowledge.
• Experience maintaining chlorine and saltwater pools.
• Ability to recognize common pool equipment issues.
• Can work independently and manage a daily route.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Professional communication with customers and teammates.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.

YardSpring Pools is building a professional residential pool service and repair company focused on reliable service, clear communication, quality work, and a strong team culture. We are growing in North Metro Atlanta and are looking for experienced pool professionals who take ownership of their work and want to grow with the company.

The Role

As a Pool Service Technician, you will own a recurring route of residential swimming pools and be responsible for the condition of each pool you service. This is more than a cleaning role: you are expected to understand water chemistry, recognize developing equipment or water-quality issues, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent service every week.

What You'll Do

• Service a consistent weekly route of residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry and add chemicals accurately and safely
• Brush, skim, vacuum, and clean pools as needed
• Empty baskets and clean filters as required
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, cleaners, and other pool equipment
• Identify equipment, water-quality, or safety issues before they become larger problems
• Document each visit in the company service software, including photos and service notes
• Communicate repair needs to the repair/service team
• Maintain an organized vehicle, tools, chemicals, and supplies
• Deliver dependable and professional service at every customer property

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional pool service experience
