Professional Pools & Care is seeking a dependable Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician to join our growing team in Hazel Green, AL. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with higher starting pay based on experience; pool experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. This full-time, year-round role involves outdoor work and growth opportunities.

Expect an 8–10 hour day, Monday–Friday, with performance bonus opportunities. Company vehicle and tools provided; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Possess dependable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Willingness to learn pool chemistry, equipment, plumbing and repair.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned route of ~50–60 pools per week.
• Test, balance, and maintain proper water chemistry.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify repairs.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and basic plumbing.
• Install and replace pool equipment.
• Assist with liner and safety cover installations.
• Perform seasonal pool openings and closings.
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each workday.
• Document service performed and pool conditions.
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers professionally.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.

Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician

Professional Pools & Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Maintenance & Service Technician to join our growing team.

Starting pay: $18.00/hour, with higher starting pay considered based on relevant experience. Pool experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in the swimming pool industry.

What You'll Do

• Maintain an assigned route of approximately50–60 pools per week
• Test, balance, and maintain proper water chemistry
• Inspect pool equipment and identify needed repairs
• Perform minor equipment repairs and basic plumbing
• Install and replace pool equipment
• Assist with liner and safety cover installations
• Perform seasonal pool openings and closings
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each workday
• Document service performed, pool conditions, and recommended repairs
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers professionally
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements
