Job summary

Kiawah River Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Pool Server/Bartender on the South Carolina resort to craft cocktails and deliver food poolside with upscale hospitality.

You will engage guests, remember preferences, manage orders, and keep a pristine bar and service area while adapting to an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a valid alcohol service certification and the ability to work outdoors; pay is hourly with tips, and benefits include free parking and team dining.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills, with a polished, friendly demeanor and ability to multitask between bar and floor service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain) and commitment to responsible service and guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages while also delivering food orders promptly and elegantly to guests poolside.
• Provide attentive, personalized service by engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and maintaining a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station, ensuring all supplies, garnishes, and table settings meet luxury resort standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety, including responsible alcohol service, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Accurately take orders, process payments, and coordinate with kitchen and pool staff to ensure seamless service flow.

As the sun sparkles over a palm-fringed oasis in South Carolina, the Pool Server/Bartender becomes part mixologist, part host, and part vacation-day mind reader—gliding between bar and loungers to deliver jewel-toned cocktails and chilled refreshments with effortless charm. Equally at home shaking a signature drink or presenting a beautifully plated bite, they remember every preference (extra lime, light ice, or "surprise me"), anticipate needs before they're spoken, and keep the poolside energy breezy and refined.

Pay Scale $12 / hour as Server ($18 - $25 / hour inclusive of tips)
