Job summary

The Ranch is hiring a Pool Server & Bartender to be the heartbeat of our poolside experience. You’ll craft cocktails, serve bites, and create a vacation-inspired atmosphere where guests feel at home.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires warmth, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to multitask outdoors. Experience in resort or high-volume hospitality is preferred, along with a food handler’s certification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a dual role—preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Current food handler’s certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for creating memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and ensure they feel relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
• Take and deliver food orders promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet resort standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area throughout your shift.
• Clear tables, remove empty barware, and maintain cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs – a drink refill, or a menu recommendation.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Collaborate with the pool operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
