Leisure Hotel is seeking a high-energy Poolside Bartender/Server to drive the vibe at our resort’s heated outdoor pool and entertainment area. You will mix and serve drinks, engage guests, and support events while maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for all ages.

Ideal candidates bring bar or restaurant experience, thrive in fast-paced settings, and can lead a small team during peak times. Weekends, holidays, and long days are expected as part of the role.

• Experience behind a bar or in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to engage guests and create a welcoming environment.

Ready to turn sunshine, music, and great drinks into unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a fun, high-energy Poolside Bartender/Server to lead the vibe, support the team, and keep the good times flowing at our resort’s very busy heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub area and entertainment hotspot.

If you can run a bar AND a vibe… we want you on deck.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep the bar running smoothly—fast, friendly, and on point
• Jump in behind the bar and around the pool when needed (and crush it)
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages
• Coordinate poolside games, promos, and themed events
• Ensure responsible service and a safe, clean environment
• Handle guest interactions like a pro—turning moments into memories
