Quarterdeck-Resort in Nisswa, MN is hiring a Poolside Bartender/Server to energize our outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub area and entertainment hotspot. You will lead the vibe, support the team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with quick bar service and friendly interactions.

We’re looking for a fun, high-energy Poolside Bartender/Server to lead the vibe, support the team, and keep the good times flowing at our resort’s very busy heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub area and entertainment hotspot.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep the bar running smoothly—fast, friendly, and on point
• Jump in behind the bar and around the pool when needed (and crush it)
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages
• Coordinate poolside games, promos, and themed events
• Ensure responsible service and a safe, clean environment
• Handle guest interactions like a pro—turning moments into memories
