Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a Pool Server in Hawaii for a seasonal assignment from October 1, 2026, through January 1, 2027. You will assist Owners and guests with food and beverage experiences, ensuring memorable moments at the resort pool and recreation areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean workspaces, communicating dietary needs to the kitchen, serving alcohol per procedures, and delivering exceptional guest service in a beautiful vacation setting.

• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintains an open line of communication with guests throughout the day to ensure all guest needs are accommodated.
• Follows appropriate procedures for serving alcohol.
• Works outside on the resort pool and recreation areas.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
• Processes all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
• Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $16.00Hourly Wage: $16.00$1000 SIGN ON BONUS - This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded.
