Job summary

Castle Group is seeking a Pool Attendant to help enforce pool safety rules and maintain cleanliness of pool and deck areas. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and responsiveness to emergencies, while supporting Castle Royal Service standards.

You will monitor pool areas, perform routine cleaning, tests, and towel logistics, and assist with safety procedures. The position may require CPR/Lifeguard or CPO certifications and 1–2 years of related work experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred; CPO certification may be required.
• CPR and Lifeguard certification may be required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pool area cleanliness, arranging chairs and loungers.
• Performs daily pool cleaning and water maintenance; vacuuming and skimming.
• Keeps restrooms neat and clean at all times.
• Conducts chemical tests as required.
• Assists in addressing complaints related to pool/jacuzzi areas.
• Monitors inventory of pool tools and supplies.
• Manages towel drop-off/pickup with laundry.
• Creates a welcoming environment for owners and guests.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed during duties.
• May assist the Community Association Manager with additional tasks.
