Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; College Degree preferred.
• Ten years of pool industry experience preferred, including technical or management.
• Three years of project management experience with complex or multiple projects.
• Three years of direct project sales experience; pool industry experience preferred.
• Five years in customer service building relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage Renovation Department projects totaling approximately $2.5–$3 million annually.
• Provide client interface throughout projects and maintain timely communications.
• Oversee project timeline and budget across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Coordinate materials, invoicing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and profitably.
