Job summary

You will organize schedules, monitor cleanliness, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with Engineering for urgent repairs; must lead with calm, ensure compliance with safety and quality, and provide performance feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as housekeeping manager.
• Forbes Travel Guide luxury resort/hotel experience.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong math and computing ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms, public areas and service areas for cleanliness.
• Prepare assignment schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate breaks and clock-in/out procedures.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Complete maintenance work orders and report issues.
