Job summary

Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Pool Division, to unite acquisitions, develop high-performing leaders, standardize branch execution, and drive operational and financial excellence across pool services, repairs, renovations, and construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership with P&L responsibility
• Experience in multi-state, multi-location field service or similar
• Proven track record improving customer retention, service reliability and margins
• Experience leading acquisitions, integrations and standardization across distributed orgs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience in related field
• CPO, OSHA or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Pool Division operating strategy and execution roadmap
• Lead a distributed network with accountability for EBITDA, revenue, gross margin and branch profitability
• Partner with Sales and branch leadership to grow organic revenue profitably
• Improve customer retention and lifetime value through service discipline and onboarding
• Drive scheduling, dispatch, route planning, and field operations processes to improve efficiency
• Lead integration of acquired companies to Certus standards and reporting routines
• Develop Regional Directors, Branch Managers and leaders through coaching and scorecards
