Job summary

Certus is seeking a Vice President, Operations - Pool Exempt to provide transformational executive leadership across the Pool Division, integrating acquisitions, standardizing branch execution, and driving EBITDA growth, operational excellence, and customer retention.

The role leads a multi-state, multi-location network, partnering with Sales and branch leadership to ensure profitable growth, scalable operating standards, and disciplined execution of scheduling, routing, and service delivery,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-state, multi-location field service operations.
• Proven record in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong financial management and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating strategy and execution roadmap for the Pool Division.
• Lead performance across EBITDA, revenue, margins, and branch profitability.
• Drive field service excellence, route optimization, and scheduling discipline.
• Lead integration of acquisitions and standardization of processes.
• Build leadership bench and accountability through scorecards.
