Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and diagnose issues promptly.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and building systems.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Adhere to safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Train or mentor junior engineers as needed.
