Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard who is safety minded and customer service oriented to oversee indoor and outdoor pools. You will monitor the deck, assist with aquatics events, and ensure guest safety while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires a current StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification with CPR and First Aid training, ability to swim 300 yards, tread water for a minute, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certification (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year).
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom and swim to the top without stopping.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and interacts with Members
• Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning and administers first aid
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to ensure the safety of the Members
