Job summary

Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a part-time Pool Attendant for a seasonal six-month assignment. You will greet guests, assist with towel distribution, and handle reservations and guest requests at the pool area.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided. The role emphasizes appearance, safety, and friendly service in a fast-paced hospitality environment within the Troon-managed property.

Grande Dunes Ocean Club, located in Myrtle Beach, SC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and friendly greeting


• Checks in Members and Guests into the computer and hands out towels


• Takes incoming telephone calls, notes reservations and special requests by guests


• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas


• Remains visible at pool check in, and is easily accessible to guests, staff and management


• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager


• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience necessary but will train


• Regular and reliable attendance.


• Demonstrates an outgoing and friendly attitude
