Your Mission

Your role involves delivering excellent service by initiating warm contact, building interactions on sincerity, concern, and enthusiasm. You will coordinate coat checks and manage a high-volume seating operation in a fast-paced environment, creating and maintaining guest profiles and preferences. Communication, coordination, and teamwork are key to success. Most importantly, have fun and help create memorable guest experiences!

The Nitty-Gritty

Responsibilities

• Greet, interact, and bid farewell to guests warmly and enthusiastically
• Use excellent communication skills with guests and staff, including verbal, written, and body language
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies, polishing, cleaning, and sanitizing
• Assist in clearing tables and carry plates to dishwashing area when needed
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences in a database
• Be a team player

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
