Job summary

AOG Living in Keller, TX is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Associate to handle daily pool and grounds upkeep at an apartment community. You will balance pool chemicals, clean the pool area, monitor gates, and assist with common areas.

This role requires reliability and basic maintenance skills; on-the-job training is provided and permits for pool operations may be required by city or state.

Qualifications

• Six months of stable employment in customer service or related field.
• On-the-job training available.
• Must have city/state permits to perform pool operations.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from offices and common areas daily.
• Clean and maintain pool daily and balance chemicals; update pool logs.
• Check pool gates for proper operation and security.
• Clean carpets in vacant and occupied units as directed by Lead Maintenance.
• Water plants; report irrigation malfunctions to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Power washing as preventative maintenance.
• Assist Housekeeper with cleaning offices, grounds, common areas and vacant apartments.
