Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office areas and community spaces daily.
• Clean and maintain the pool; monitor chemical balance and update logs.
• Check pool area gates for proper operation and security.
• Vacant/occupied unit carpet cleaning as directed by Lead Maintenance.
• Water plants and report irrigation issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Power washing as preventive maintenance.
• Trash removal from vacant units and assist with cleaning common areas.
