Qualifications

• Experience with grounds keeping, landscaping, pool maintenance, or related tasks preferred.

• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office, common areas, and perimeter daily.
• Assist with make ready by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Clean and maintain pool daily; monitor and balance pool water chemicals.
• Keep hallways, walkways, and amenities clean and attractive.
• Replace lightbulbs, remove litter, paint, and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed (make ready, carpentry, cleaning).
• Identify safety issues and report to maintenance supervisor.
• Check community gates for proper operation.
• Assist with housekeeping, notices, inspections, and related tasks.
