Qualifications

• 1+ years of general labor job experience preferred, multifamily experience is a plus.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment needed for the role.
• Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Removes trash and recyclables according to schedule.
• Checks pool levels and vacuums pools weekly.
• Performs general maintenance and repairs as needed.
