Job summary

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, located in Solana Beach, CA, is looking for a Pool Gate Attendant. The position offers a chance to engage in key security-related tasks while working in a vibrant hospitality environment under Troon International.

Responsibilities

• Observes persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities.
• Conducts routine walk‑arounds of the property.
• Ensures that doors are locked and the property is secure.
• Responds to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities.
• Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.
• Provides security coverage for special events programs.
• Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility.
• Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.
• Performs light maintenance duties including changing locks and light bulbs.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay scale: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour.

General Purpose:

• Observes persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities and responds to security-related complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees.
• Conducts routine walk‑arounds of the property at scheduled and random times.
• Ensures that doors are locked and property is secure.
• Responds to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Documents details and advises management.
• Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.
• Provides security coverage for special events programs.
• Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility.
• Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.
• Performs light maintenance duties including but not limited to changing locks and light bulbs.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• CPR and First Aid Training a plus.
