Job summary

Esplanade Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver warm hospitality, maintain pool areas, and support a safe, clean environment for members and guests.

You will oversee pool operations with a friendly team, ensure cleanliness per daily procedures, and help provide a superior customer experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Some weekends required; mostly Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year hospitality experience is preferred.
• CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication skills with members.
• Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
• High school education is a plus.
• Customer service experience is desired in hospitality.
