Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a part-time Pool Attendant to join Troon Golf, LLC. Compensation is $16 per hour. This weekend-position requires energic, reliable candidates who can contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property.

Responsibilities include maintaining pool area cleanliness, following operating procedures, and assisting with events and reservations. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred for this role.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Pool Attendant:

Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.

Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool.

Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.

Takes direction from Pool Supervisor.

Assists in the implementation of special events.

Provides safe environment within facilities and activities.

Processes recreation reservations as needed.

Setting up furniture and pool umbrellas.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Checking in Members to the pool area and general cleaning duties.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Possess a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, cooperation, and exercise good judgment and discretion.

Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift to 50 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly.

Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Works indoors and outdoors.

• This is a weekend position. Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 11-5.

Minimum Qualifications for the Pool Attendant:

• No prior experience or training

Other Qualifications:

• CPR and First Aid Certification
