Job summary

Coastal Pools LLC is seeking a Design Consultant to design and sell custom pools for Anne Arundel County clients. The role combines client interaction, design concepts, and detailed 2D/3D renderings with a strong commission potential and structured training.

Responsibilities include client meetings, site assessments, creating visual designs, and generating quotes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Structure Studios, and JobTread is helpful; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales/design in the pool industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pool design, pool construction methods, equipment, and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and any required certifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Structure Studios, and JobTread.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in person, over the phone, or via email to understand pool needs.
• Develop creative pool design concepts and create 2D/3D renderings.
• Prepare accurate quotes and tailor proposals to client requirements.
• Lead management: follow up with prospects and maintain records.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams for seamless integration.
