Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Custom Swimming Pool Sales & Design Consultant in Mobile, AL. This outside sales role features uncapped commissions, paid ramp-up training, and company-provided qualified leads.

You will design Gunite pools and outdoor spaces, conduct in-home consultations, and manage a large sales pipeline in a high-income market. Ideal for sales professionals with a strong design sense who can close high-value projects and thrive in a 1099, commission-driven environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales in a high-ticket, commission-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close high-value sales.
• Strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to independently prospect and generate new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline-management skills.
• Comfortable in a 1099 sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective customers.
• Design custom Gunite pools, spas, and outdoor living environments.
• Use Pool Studio to create renderings and proposals.
• Manage leads from consultation through closing.
• Close high-ticket residential projects and communicate customer value.
• Generate additional leads through networking, builder relationships, and community involvement.
• Manage a large, active sales pipeline independently.
• Develop knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and residential developments.
