The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of residential pool construction experience, can coordinate multiple projects, communicate with homeowners and crews, and proactively resolve issues before they arise. Office and field work included.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, crews, and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong communication with homeowners.
• Comfortable in both field and office environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential pool construction projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates.
• Coordinate schedules with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Track timelines, materials, inspections, and milestones.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress.
• Identify potential issues and resolve them with the team.
• Assist with excavation, plumbing, electrical, decking, tile, and finishes.
• Review plans to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Maintain project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Update management and homeowners about delays or changes.
• Keep crews accountable to schedules and quality.
• Assist with final walkthroughs and punch lists.
• Provide high level of customer service throughout construction.
• Work with sales, service, and management for a smooth experience.
