Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan and oversee swimming pool construction projects in Charleston, SC. You will coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and permits to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction, communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

The role demands strong organization, problem-solving, and clear communication within a dynamic team environment. A positive attitude and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of construction experience and two years of project management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish: coordinate customers, reviews, permits, inspections, safety, quality, and budget within time frame.
• Lead the project team including subcontractors and in-house staff toward goals.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and communicate conflicts to keep customers and subs happy.
• Control budget and develop change orders with profitability in mind; coordinate with AR for payments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proper planning and collaboration with subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and analyze costs and performance; ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date.
