Job summary

Pearl Pools Plastering, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee construction projects in Virginia Beach. You will coordinate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed to meet company goals.

Strong organization, time management, problem solving, and communication at all levels are essential. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, monitoring schedules, ensuring safety and quality, handling change orders, and maintaining project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years construction experience and 2 years project management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects in their entirety and communicate with customers.
• Organize and motivate subcontractors and field staff.
• Manage schedule, deadlines, and budget within scope.
• Develop change orders and follow up with AR.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide updates.
• Coordinate billing for each phase and track payments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
