Job summary

cps-outdoors is seeking a Pool Construction Estimator to manage client relationships and oversee estimating from proposal to project kickoff. You will balance sales support with accurate pricing, vendor coordination, and effective communications across teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with construction estimating and Procore. On-site Florida work with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Procore or similar software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during estimating and preconstruction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and project reviews with clients.
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Track bid status and proposal deadlines.
• Maintain CRM and estimating pipeline.
• Coordinate project handoff with operations and PM teams.
• Generate estimating reports and forecasts.
• Support budgeting and workload forecasting.
