Job summary

Fiddler's Creek, LLC. is seeking a Fitness & Wellness Associate to provide exceptional poolside service at our Naples club. You will greet guests, manage towel inventory, assist with laundry, set up and tear down pool furniture, and help with events while maintaining a clean and safe pool area.

The role requires hospitality experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a luxury resort

Qualifications

• One-year hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Second language is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Exemplary customer-service orientation and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Schedule vacations during off-season months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests at the pool area.
• Greet guests at the pool and replace towels as needed.
• Set up and tear down chairs and umbrellas; maintain pool area cleanliness.
• Monitor check-in window and towel inventory; assist laundry duties.
• Enforce pool safety rules and assist with events and meetings.
• Restock linens and assist Food and Beverage by bussing.
• Report suspicious or hazardous conditions to Security.
