Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors professionally.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families, and facility departments.
• Respond to questions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct rounds to identify resident and family needs.
• Assist with navigating facility services, appointments, and resources.
• Support admissions, tours, and new-resident introductions.
• Promote a positive resident experience and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with events and family engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
