Job Description
Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a tenured Senior Service Professional looking to take on a more dynamic and flexible role within Amenity Pool Services. As a Senior Service Professional, you'll continue providing premium service to your customers while also stepping in to assist with high-level maintenance, management activities, and emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Thorough Maintenance: Perform all aspects of pool upkeep, including brushing waterline tiles, skimming debris, and maintaining overall pool cleanliness.
  • Water Quality Management: Test and balance water chemistry with precision to ensure safe and optimal swimming conditions.
  • Equipment Care: Empty baskets, backwash filters, and perform necessary maintenance tasks to keep pool systems operating efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Technological Proficiency: Utilize tools such as cell phones and our Salesforce platform for efficient task management and communication.
  • Customer Education and Support: Periodically meet with customers to educate them about their pool systems, address concerns, and provide excellent service support while contributing to sales efforts.
  • Estimate Preparation: Provide detailed and accurate estimates to customers, addressing their pool-related problems and supporting revenue growth for the company.
  • Training Responsibilities: Assist in training and mentoring other service professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
  • Route Coverage: Provide coverage for sick call-outs, missed pools, and other necessary service appointments as needed.
  • Green Pool Recovery: Clear, diagnose, and follow up on stops for green pools to restore them to optimal conditions.
  • Scheduling Adjustments: Assist in scheduling or adjusting service appointments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
  • Emergency Response: Perform emergency customer service stops, including incomplete services, filter cleans, diagnosing pool issues, and rectifying customer concerns.
  • Director Assistance: Support Area Directors with various needs, including RIR’s (Routine Inspection Reports), OTS (On-the-Spot checks), and additional site visits.
  • Special Projects: Assist with measuring pool capacities, collecting equipment and pool asset information, and executing other assigned projects.
  • General Support: Complete any and all special tasks assigned as needed to ensure operational success.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift heavy objects, withstand various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks with ease.
  • Swimming Proficiency: Comfort and competence in the water are essential for this role.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and ensure a 100% success rate in task completion without supervision.
  • Driver’s License: Hold a valid state driver's license. A company vehicle is provided, along with maintenance for company vehicles.
