Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club, Inc. is seeking a Certified Pool Technician to maintain a safe, clean pool environment for members and guests.

The CPT monitors water quality, maintains equipment, and supports daily pool operations while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include opening/closing checklists, sampling, health inspections, preventative maintenance, supervising poolside activities, and ensuring safety.

Qualifikationen

Summary: The Certified Pool Technician (CPT) helps ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained pool environment for members and guests. This position is responsible for monitoring water quality, maintaining pool equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting daily pool operations while providing excellent customer service.

Overall Responsibilities of the CPT:

• Provide a safe, smooth, and fun swimming environment for all.
• Works to increase the efficiency of the pool management system.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The CPT will:

• Complete the opening, mid-day, and closing duties checklist.
• Prepare sampling plan and collect samples in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct evaluations at facility to determine compliance with environmental health laws and regulations in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform follow-up inspections as required to monitor correction of non-compliance deficiencies in accordance with established procedures.
• Inform facility officials of inspection results and any corrective measures needed for achieving compliance in a timely manner.
• Upon the discovery of noncompliance conditions, initiate appropriate action to resolve the condition in an expeditious manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pool equipment.
• Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with Members and visitors at the pool.
• Maintain the pool area; including vacuuming, washing decks, flushing gutters, and other duties.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed in pool area and identify possible safety hazards.
• Provide optimal level of services to all Members and guests.
• Oversee the pool side activities and supervise the behavior and conduct of the visitors and staff members.
• Work within the pool system’s closure policy for inclement weather and unsanitary conditions.

Requirements

Current Certified Pool Technician status. Current CPR certification status. Minimum of high school education. Motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
