Job summary

The Event Tech at Hart Ranch Camping Resort supports concerts, weddings, meetings, rodeos, and other events by setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment. You will also manage event products and supplies to ensure safe, professional events and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and tear down audio, lighting, video, staging for resort events.
• Test equipment, resolve issues, and support performers, presenters, and organizers.
• Order event products and supplies within approved budgets with the Events & Sponsorship Coordinator.
• Maintain, inspect, clean, organize, and store event equipment and supplies.
• Track inventory, complete regular counts, verify deliveries, and report shortages or damaged product.
• Stock and replenish event areas; rotate product using FIFO and check expiration dates.
• Follow event schedules and safety procedures; assist with setup, transitions, teardown, and cleanup.
• Communicate with team members and departments; provide professional service to members, guests, clients, and vendors.
• Follow Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.

Summary

The Event Tech supports concerts, weddings, meetings, rodeos, and other resort events through setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio, lighting, video, staging, and related equipment. This role also manages event products and supplies to support safe, professional events and excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and tear down audio, lighting, video, staging, and presentation equipment for resort events.
• Test equipment before events, resolve technical issues, and support performers, presenters, and organizers.
• Order event products and supplies in coordination with the Events & Sponsorship Coordinator and within approved budgets.
