Leslie’s Poolmart Inc. is seeking a Pool Technician to clean and maintain residential and commercial pools and spas, ensuring safety rules are followed. The role also involves keeping the pool area organized and professional at all times.

Pay range is $18.41–$21.63 per hour with compensation determined by education, experience, and market data. Applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; pool experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred, but training available.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lb.
• Able to work outside in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route weekly with routine maintenance.
• Test and maintain water quality; adjust sanitation levels.
• Backwash filters; brush and vacuum pools; clean tiles.
• Remove debris; balance chemicals; upkeep of pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate records & company forms.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
