Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Ability to work outside for long periods in extreme temperatures.
• Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented.
• Pass a drug screen & background check.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance including testing water quality and adjusting sanitation levels.
• Clean and backwash filters, brush and vacuum pools, clean tiles, and maintain equipment.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor and balance chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees.
• Perform other duties as directed by management and maintain records.
