Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Work outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Be dependable, reliable, responsive, and detail oriented.
• Pass a drug screen & background check.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance including testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other similar activities.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee the general upkeep of all pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees in order to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean jobsites.
• Maintain accurate records & company forms.
