Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Pool Technician to clean and maintain residential and commercial pools, ensure water quality and safety, and uphold pool-area standards for a professional customer experience. You will manage a weekly route and assist with related duties in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance including testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and similar activities.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee general upkeep of pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean jobsites, and maintain accurate records & forms.
