Job summary

The Condado Collection is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to greet guests, assist with service and maintain pool, beach, and gym areas at our San Juan properties. You will ensure safety, uphold health standards, and provide warm bilingual service to our diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented and guest-focused approach.
• Able to lift and move chairs and towels as part of daily duties.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation upon guest arrival.
• Serve guests at pool and beach areas with high-level service in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of gym, pool, and beach equipment; protect assets and ensure safety.
• Ensure cleanliness of pool, beach and gym public areas and equipment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and events; stay updated on procedures
• Follow company policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team to reach goals
• Maintain professional appearance and uniforms
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
