Pyramid Global Hospitality, Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to create memorable guest experiences by maintaining pool area cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.

Join a dedicated team, engage with guests, coordinate with housekeeping, and help set up and break down the pool area while following safety guidelines and SOPs. This role offers training and growth opportunities within a premier resort in Rio Grande and the broader Pyramid portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Energetic and engaging personality to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain an active presence around the pool and beach area.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction and safety around pool areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels and supplies are available.
• Assist with set-up and break down of pool area for daily operations.
• Report any damages or incidents to supervisor or security.
