Job summary

The Condado Collection, Puerto Rico, seeks a hospitality attendant to greet guests and deliver attentive service across pool, beach, and gym areas in Condado, San Juan. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety, set up beach chairs and cabanas, monitor equipment, and follow health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented, customer-focused service.
• Able to lift, push, pull heavy items up to 80 pounds.
• Capable of handling difficult situations and rapid pace.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests per standards and address service needs.
• Serve guests at pool & beach areas with courteous, efficient service.
• Monitor maintenance/sanitation of gym, pool & beach equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of pool, beach, gym areas and lounges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
• Be responsible for all beach aspects (chairs, towels, cleanliness).
• Set up beach chairs and cabanas daily.
• Stay informed about daily hotel operations and events.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Build positive working relationships and support the team.
• Maintain clean, professional uniform appearance.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
