Job summary

The Pool & Beach Attendant role at Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service in a welcoming outdoor setting. You will help maintain a pristine pool and beach environment, ensuring guests enjoy a relaxing experience during their stay.

Greet guests, assist with seating and towels, keep areas tidy, and coordinate with lifeguards and food & beverage teams while adhering to safety policies. Full-time status includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, and lounge chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas throughout the day.
• Set up and break down pool and beach furniture according to daily operations.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
• Ensure towels and amenities are stocked and refreshed.
• Follow safety, health, and resort policies at all times.
• Collaborate with lifeguards, recreation, and F&B teams to support seamless service.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing pool and beach environment.
