Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Pool/Beach Attendant to join our exciting Recreation/Pool & Beach Team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award-winning team while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

What you will do

1. Greet guests and provide water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool.
2. Provide guest services throughout the day with a cheerful and polite demeanor.
3. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Provide guests with water service, towels, daily amenity passes, assistance with seating arrangements, and organize and execute poolside activation stations.
5. Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
6. Work alongside our server team to clear plates, cups, napkins, and silverware from guest seating areas.
7. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, third-party employees, leadership, and outside contacts.
8. Pick up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and pool.
9. Maintain the pool area in an orderly and clean manner.

What you bring

• Prior experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English clearly and efficiently.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in outside conditions year-round.
