What we expect:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Possess an affinity for guest service
• Provide exceptional quality and service as part of the Food & Beverage team
• Greet guests promptly, courteously, with eye contact and a smile
• Provide efficient beverage service adhering to alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards
• Maintain knowledge of all bar products and ensure high-quality service
• Present excellent personal and interpersonal skills
• Perform side duties and assist in the absence of a Pool server if needed
• Work knowledge of the Micros system is essential
• Maintain a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
• Have a flexible schedule to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment
• Availability to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to do heavy lifting
• Work in a fast-paced environment
