What We Expect:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Seeking individuals with a passion for guest service.
• The Bartender is a vital part of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service.
• Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and with a smile and eye contact.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service, adhering to all alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bar products and ensure quality service.
• Possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Perform additional duties and assist in the absence of a Pool server if needed.
• Have working knowledge of the Micros system.
• Display a confident, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Stand continuously for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work well with co-workers within and outside your department.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale setting.
• Availability to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to do heavy lifting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
