Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a full-time Pool Attendant to deliver exceptional service in a resort-style pool area. You’ll monitor safety, maintain cleanliness, and support daily pool operations with a guest-focused mindset.

The role emphasizes strong communication and reliability, with CPR certification due within 90 days. Work is primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability, in an outdoor, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.
• Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.
